We believe in the “Sovereign Truth” concerning The One Lord “First-Created God” (King-Priest) of the 3rd Heaven and Earth who, “Is” The True Christ ( Messiah, or “Anointed One”), and “Is” the First “Spiritually Created” Spiritual Son of THE ONE CREATOR LORD “GOD”, but is NOT THE ONE CREATOR LORD “GOD”, and is NOT CO-EQUAL WITH THE ONE CREATOR LORD “GOD”!

We believe in the “Sovereign Truth” concerning the “Holy Plan” of the one true Progressive ”Salvation” in this life, and one true Everlasting “Redemption” in the life hereafter that are both demonstrated within all of the true God-given Hebrew ”Holy Days” (SabbathS) of the true Original Messianic African Hebrews

We believe in the “Sovereign Truth” concerning the holy “Blood” of The True Christ, Yahshua (Jesus) that delivers us (purges us) from all inward iniquity within our inner “spiritual heart”; that His holy “Blood”, and His “Word of Testimony” can defeat (overcome) all “demons”, and will defeat (overcome) the “Anti-Christ”, the “False Prophet”, and the “Dragon”/ Satan, forever and ever. Amen.
We believe in the “Sovereign Truth” concerning the holy “Spirit” (Holy Ghost) of The True Christ that resurrects us (redeems us after our physical lives are over); that His holy “Spirit” (Holy Ghost) is the One True First-Created and First-Resurrected Messianic Angel who shall Return to Earth for the “Remnant of God”, or at the “first resurrection” (visible rapture of the saints)!
We believe in the “Sovereign Truth” concerning all Biblical “Spiritual Covenants”, especially, in the one true Holy “Kingdom Covenant” of the Holy Ten Commandments and Holy Days, which have always included, and always shall include All, Ten Commandments, particularly the “Blessed and Sanctified” Sabbath, Seventh, “Day of Rest” that starts from, sundown on Friday evening, and ends sundown on Saturday evening.

Returning the “Christian Faith” back to its True 1st Century A.D. ”Nazarene” African Israelite Hebrew Biblical Origins – throughout every nation in Earth - by the year 2020.

MISSION STATEMENT:

Liberating and Improving the lives of the African Peoples, and “Coloured Peoples” of African-descent who live outside of Africa, through the “Success Processes” of – Christ-Centered – Character Transformation, Leadership Re-Education, Institution Reformation and Social Restoration, from an Afrocentric Hebraic Charismatic perspective!

OBJECTIVES:

A) Allowing YAHUWAH ELOAH/ALLAH (LORD “GOD” CREATOR) to assist us with, removing all destructive cultural barriers, and installing all constructive spiritual bridges between all people of all nations through, our co-ordinated and strategic efforts of “Nonviolent Assertiveness”.

B) Being an “Overflowing Fountain” of “Unconditional Love” toward all peoples, in order for YAHUWAH ELOAH/ALLAH (LORD “GOD” CREATOR) to Reach and Reunite as many people as possible in Yahshua haMashiyach (“Jesus” the “Christ”).

C) Contributing the Liberating “Sovereign Truth” to all people of all nations in order that they may learn how to “Receive” and “Retain” the “Gift” of the “Righteousness of God” by the ”Loving Grace” of a Relationship “with” YAHUWAH ELOAH/ALLAH (LORD “GOD” CREATOR) through a ”living faith” in Yahshua (Jesus), which was Taught and Practiced by Yahshua (Jesus), and His Group of ”Nazarenes” (True “Christ-Followers”), and not by the rituals and regulations of any oppressive, regimented Gentile Roman-based Religion!

FOUNDATIONAL FAITH:

The Infinite and Eternal One is, the Original CREATOR of the Entire Natural, Physical Universe. The Sacred Scriptures make up a Book of “Instruction”, which contains Divinely Inspired, “Holy Writ”. Each and every person is, directly responsible for studying the Sacred Scriptures, daily, as he or she willingly allows the CREATOR to “Reveal” the condition of their “spiritual heart” through, the Indwelling of THE TRUE CREATOR’S Holy Spirit (“Kingdom of God”); that they are directly responsible for studying the Sacred Scriptures, daily, as he or she willingly allows THE TRUE CREATOR to ”Guide” them into all “Sovereign Truth” through the “Infilling/Indwelling” (Baptism) of The True Christ’s Holy Ghost (Righteousnesss of God). Each person is directly responsible for “finding” and “internalizing” the “Sovereign Truth”, in order to “work out” his or her own Salvation in this life, and Redemption in the life hereafter with THE TRUE CREATOR through The True Christ. Therefore, no human being has Jurisdiction over another’s Progressive Salvation, or Everlasting Redemption. We all have been given the privilege and responsibility of assisting with the “Great Commission”, with respect to the “Advancement” of the True “Kingdom of God”. This Congregation is but one of many Local Congregations of ”learners” (disciples of divinity), and “leaders” (doctors of divinity), which Assembles Together as the ”Congregations” of YAHUWAH ELOAH/ALLAH (or “Churches of God”), through the Holy Ghost of Yahshua haNazarene (Jesus hte Nazarene, or Jesus the Nazarite Essene) who is the only Anointed “King-Priest of the True “Kingdom of God” in Earth as it is in Heaven!

All Biblical Covenants have always been made between responsible, “two parties” through mutual consent, in the sight of two or more reliable witnesses. Every Biblical Covenant has always been immediately, “Consummated” with a “Sign” of “Conclusive Commitment” and ”Lasting Love”. All of the Biblical Covenants that YAHUWAH ELOAH/ALLAH, the CREATOR has made between humankind, and THE CREATOR’S ”SELF” are all “Spiritual Covenants” made by HIS HOLY SPOKEN WORD through mutual consent between the responsible, “two parties” in the sight of two or more reliable humankind! YAHUWAH ELOAH/ALLAH, THE CREATOR always, immediately, “Consummated” every “Spiritual Covenant” with a “Sign” of CONCLUSIVE COMMITMENT and LASTING LOVE! Biblical Covenants, which include the Kingdom Covenant, Messianic Covenant, Congregational Covenant, Marriage Covenant, and Business-Trade Covenant are, all “Spiritual Covenants”. The Kingdom Covenant, Messianic Covenant, Congregational Covenant, Marriage Covenant, and Business-Trade Covenant have never been, and never shall be the Traditional “phony ceremony”, or “caper paper”. Rather, they are all Righteous “Spiritual Covenants” according to YAHUWAH ELOAH/ALLAH whereby, the responsible “two parties” involved have consented mutually by their “spoken words” in the sight of two or more reliable adult witnesses. Every one of these Righteous “Spiritual Covenants” are always, immediately, followed by a “Sign” of “Harmonious Consummation”, which stands for “Conclusive Commitment” and ”Lasting Love” through Yahshua (Jesus)!

PARTNERSHIP PRACTICES:

We meet on the “Sabbath” (Saturday/Seventh), which is the ”Day of Rest”, for ”Praise and Thanksgiving” at 2:00pm, and at 3:00 pm. for our “Main Service”, followed by “Food and Fellowship”.
Church Assemblies are private, however, all men, women, and children — whether they are “Regenerated” believers or not — are welcome to attend our Anointed Assemblies as long as they are willing to comply with our orderly, and, reasonable Partnership Practices.
When a person truly, “confesses and repents”, and “devotes” their life to Yahshua haMashiyach (“Jesus the Christ”), we “Baptize” him or her with the “Holy Ghost and with fire” (Resurrected holy, “Spirit” of Yahshua), in the like manner that Yahshua Baptized in Matthew 3:11, and in Acts 1:5. When a person attending believes they have a valid experience of “Relationship”, “Deliverance”, ”Transformation”, and “Devotion” according to “Sovereign Truth”, we acknowledge that this particular issue is “worked out” between the believer and THE TRUE CREATOR through the holy, “Spirit” of Yahshua haMashiyach (Jesus the Christ).
Promotion of healthy Multicultural “Foods” and harmonious Multicultural “Exultation” is encouraged whenever the “NAME” of THE TRUE CREATOR is glorified and lifted up throughout all the “World”.
Whatsoever any member, and, or visitor chooses to do “outside of” SDNCG congregational assemblies, worship services, events, and activities is left up to THE TRUE CREATOR’S DISCIPLINE AND JUSTICE, which is between THE TRUE CREATOR and the trespasser, unless of course the trespasser chooses to voluntarily confess trespasses to Church Leader(s) of SDNCG, then Matthew 18:15-17 and Galatians 6:1 are to be followed by Church Leader(s) of SDNCG.

Drunkenness, theft, fighting, inappropriate sexual communication and conduct, smoking, and the use of mind-altering drugs or narcotics are NOT permitted at any congregational assembly, worship service, event or activity because these inordinate actions are a danger to those attending, and a bad example to everyone.
People attending congregational assemblies, worship services, events, and, or activities of SDNCG agree to NOT attempt to sue the congregation or any Member/Leader of SDNCG for personal gain, or subversive revenge, in a government court of law, and will, first, use the procedure found in Matthew 18:15-17, followed by Galatians 6:1, with respect to the congregation’s membership covenant agreement.
Membership (Permanent Association) in each local congregation is available to those who regularly attend more than 25 services per year and who publicly proclaim that, they have committed their lives wholeheartedly to, Yahshua haMashiyach (Jesus the Christ). Such a membership is not considered as “recognition of regeneration”, but a “conclusive commitment” to, serve in the local congregation.
People who are disruptive to SDNCG congregational assemblies, worship services, events, and, or activities (as mentioned above as “inordinate actions”), and who continually attempt to, teach false doctrine, and, or who openly involve themselves in harmful “distractions”, and, or practice “opposition” to any of these orderly, peaceful and reasonable Partnership Practices, may be removed as members and/or barred from attending SDNCG congregational assemblies, worship services, events, and, or activities according to, procedurea given in Matthew 18:15-17 follwed by Galatians 6:1, and the congregation’s membership covenant agreement.

WHO WE ARE?

We are the 21^st Century AD “Seventh Day Nazarenes” who have patterned our Beliefs after the 1^st Century AD “Nazarenes”, which were the “devoted disciples” of Yahuwshua haMashiyach (Jesus the Christ) that came from the “Original Yisraelite Hebrews”. The “Original Yisraelite Hebrews” are the Practitioners and Educators of the “Original Messianic Abrahamic Hebrew “Faith”, also known as the Spiritual Faith of ”Original Messianic Abrahamic Hebrewism” that was founded upon the Original Monist-Monotheistic Adamic Faith, and the Original Theocratic Government that was first Revealed from “CREATOR GOD” through, the Angel (Messiah) of God to Adam, Eve, Cain, Abel, Seth and Noah before all other Faiths or Religions were adhered to on Earth. In essence, the Original Messianic Abrahamic Hebrew “Faith” is the same “First Faith” that was also Revealed to Noah, and to all of Noah’s Original Hamitic, Semitic, and Gentile Lineages, including the “Old World Order” Countries such as Ancient Asia, Ancient Africa (Egypt), Ancient Iran, Ancient Iraq, Ancient India, and Ancient Orient. PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA

OUR CONSTITUTION

ARTICLE 1: NAME

The name of the Society is: (SEVENTH DAY) NAZARENE CHURCHES OF GOD, OF BRITISH COLUMBIA.

ARTICLE 2: AIM

The purpose of the Society is to engage exclusively in charitable, nonprofit, religious, nonpolitical, and tax – exempt activity, in accordance with the rules and laws of British Columbia, in order to raise funds to carry out any of the objectives of the Church and at any such event to provide gratis or sell to those attending all kinds of refreshments.

a) We are centered in the person of Jesus the Christ. Mark 12:30-31; 30. “Thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul and with all thy mind and with all thy strength, this is the first commandment. 31. And the second is like namely this: thou shall love thy neighbour as thyself. There is no other commandment greater than these.”

b) We have been called together to commit ourselves to Jesus the Christ to the Body of Christ and to the work of Christ in the world from a Charismatic perspective.

We exist to celebrate our life in Christ

To care about one another in Christ; Provide a worship place for the Lord where members and non-members of the Church are welcome to hear the Word of God and share their personal testimonies of what goodness the Lord has done for them and their families and friends.

To cultivate personal growth in Christ, encourage and provide Christ-centered biblical counseling and rehabilitation services for those in desperate and needy situations.

To communicate Christ to the world by conducting bible study and training seminars, evangelistic and missionary work, learning skill trades and languages of all nations of the world involved in (Seventh Day) Nazarene Churches of God.

ARTICLE 3: STATEMENT OF FAITH

We are Godhead – centered

“GOD” exists Infinitely and Eternally as ONE: Revealing THE ONE “SELF” OF “ALL” TO “BE” THE “GOD” of all, Perfect in Love, Righteous in all ways, and CREATOR, RULER AND PROVIDER of all beings created, and all things formed.

Jesus the Christ is “GOD’S” First-Created Son, Angel of the LORD. As Angel, and human, He allowed Himself to be born of a virgin, taught men how to live His life of Excellence, was crucified as the Sacrificial Passover Lamb for our sins and iniquities, arose from physical death, was seen by over five hundred (500) persons, and returned (ascended) to Heaven to prepare a place (Heavenly New Jerusalem) for us.

Jesus the Christ is the First-Resurrected Son who, shall return to Earth to raise the dead, shall judge the world and establish a Glorious Kingdom. This is the hope of the Church and its encouragement for the Ministry. Those who experience new life in Jesus the Christ through repentance and faith will live with him forever.

We are Bible – centered

The Bible is the inspired Word of God, and is the final authority for the faith and living of Christ-Followers.

The Bible alone shares the Abundant and Everlasting Life available to every person having an alive and Everlasting Relationship “with” THE CREATOR through The Christ by the Indwelling of the Holy Ghost; being an alive and functioning part of the Body of Christ, individually and in togetherness; and sharing an alive and loving memory as modeled by Christ through the Word of God and in the Spirit.

The Bible is the thirty-nine (39) books of the Old Testament and the twenty-seven (27) books of the New Testament, which declare Jesus the Christ is the only Mediator between “GOD” and human beings from the Unitarian-Sabbatarian world view.

We are action – centered

The Holy Ghost persuades us to repent of our sins and confess Jesus the Christ as Saviour and Lord, The Holy Ghost lives in us, teaches us and fills us with love and power to live Holy and faithful lives through the Lord Jesus the Christ.

Men and women were created in “GOD’S” image, and tempted by Satan and rebelled against “GOD”. Through repentance and personal faith in Christ, we are forgiven our sins, regenerated by the Holy Ghost, and we become children of “GOD”. The Church is the living Body of Christ on Earth. He is the head and the source of its life. The Body is composed of those who have received Him as Saviour and Lord. To these believers, spiritual gifts, and fruit are given to equip them for Work of the Ministry and the building up of the Body of Christ. Together as the Body of Christ, we are called to, be with Him, and share His words and do His works.

ARTICLE 4: JURISDICTION

This Church is without any jurisdictional limitation. It is to determine regional boundaries for the coordination and licensing of National Churches that are members and Member Churches (or prospective Member Churches) of the (Seventh Day) Nazarene Churches of God.

ARTICLE 5: TITHES AND OFFERINGS

a) Tithes as provided for in Leviticus chapter 27; Numbers chapter 18; Deuteronomy chapters 12 & 26; are to be paid to each local Church.

b) Accounts are to be kept and audited.

c) Tithes are to be accounted for as both first tithe and third year welfare tithe.

d) Offerings are to be collected weekly, before evening of the first day of the week.

ARTICLE 6: WELFARE AND BENEVOLENCE

Each local Church is responsible for the welfare of its own people as they have need. Any local Church may provide assistance to other local Churches in other areas. In agreement with the Head Elders of each local Church, and, or Board of Trustees.

ARTICLE 7: MEDIA

a) The production of web sites, books and publications is to be coordinated by the Head Elders of each local Church of the (Seventh Day) Nazarene Churches of God who retain rights and control over the publications.

b) No publication is to conflict in doctrine from that of this Society.

c) The “Mother Church” of the (Seventh Day) Nazarene Churches of God is to control the world wide web site and media and all our Churches are required to adhere to the Church Doctrine as published and distributed throughout every nation in Earth.

ARTICLE 8: TIMINGS OF SABBATH HOLY DAYS

a) The timings of activities and annual holy days are to be in accordance with the calendar agreed by the (Seventh Day) Nazarene Churches of God in accordance with the Biblical laws governing their determination. The determining and observance of Sabbath Holy Days is to be calculated from the astronomical observance of the New Moon by conjunction as defined. Sabbath Holy Days are to be as found in Exodus Chapter 20, and Leviticus Chapter 23 and from the texts relating to New Moons.

b) The Weekly Sabbath is to be continued as the seventh day of the week, currently known as Saturday, in accordance with Friday sundown to Saturday sundown.

ARTICLE 9: AUDITORS, ACCOUNTS AND INDEMNITY

a) Each local Church is to have accounts audited on an annual basis.

b) Annual Financial Statements are to be approved by Head Elder and sent to the Church Headquarters in British Columbia.

c) Bank accounts are to be opened by the Secretaries and Treasurers of each local Church at the direction of the Board of Trustees. Churches may run local activities accounts. All other accounts are to be under the control of the Treasurers at the direction of the Board of Trustees.

d) Local Churches are not to borrow money without the consent of the Board of Trustees within the Church Headquarters in British Columbia.

e) Ordained Ministers, and Board Members of the Church are to be indemnified against the activities of the local Churches they serve.

f) Each local Church is to take out public liability insurance for its functions to indemnify the church against accidental damage or injury.

g) The liability of all members of all local Churches and associated or subsidiary organizations and those in fellowship is limited to CDN $20.00 or its equivalent.

ARTICLE 10: ELECTIONS

The Church Board of Directors in regular session shall elect:

1. Standing Committee in harmony with principles set out in Church Policy.

2. Officers and assistant officers of the Church Board.

3. Members of the Church Board of Directors.

a) Persons elected under this section shall hold their respective offices or appointments until the next regular session of the Annual General Meeting unless their offices or appointments are previously terminated. Termination of office may be by the Church Council in Special Session or by the Board of Directors.

b) The Head Elders have the right and power to revoke the license of the people or church, that act as a member or church within the (Seventh Day) Nazarene Churches of God of British Columbia, on Doctrinal or other grounds.

c) The termination of appointments if made on Doctrinal grounds is to be specified as to how the conduct, beliefs or teachings contradict the beliefs of the (Seventh Day) Nazarene Churches of God as set out in the Statement of Beliefs. No officer can hold office that adopts a Trinitarian, Binitarian or Ditheist Doctrine, or any other different from that set out within the incorporation of the Society / Church.

d) The termination of appointments on other grounds must take into account the Church Baptism of the person involved in the dismissal and whether the offense was committed before or after Church Baptism. No person shall be dismissed from the Church for an offense committed before Baptism and forgiven on repentance. The grounds must be determined according to law. If the person is acting to the detriment of the Church and refusing to obey lawful directives of the Elders and Leaders of the Church they may be dismissed. If they are subject to criminal activity after their Baptism they are also subject to dismissal. The determination is to be made in accordance with natural justice. The decision may be made at the National level and ratified by Church Headquarters in British Columbia, or it may be made at the Local level directly at its discretion.

ARTICLE 11: AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES

a) This Constitution may be amended in the area of its Articles by a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the (Seventh Day) Nazarene Churches of God in session passed by a majority of not less than three quarters of the delegates who vote and subject to the power of veto of the Head Elder of the (Seventh Day) Nazarene Churches of God of British Columbia.

BY-LAW 1

PRINCIPAL OFFICE OF SOCIETY

PRINCIPAL OFFICE OF SOCIETY: The Principle Office for the transaction of business of the Church is located, initially, at 11962 – 97A, Street – Surrey, British Columbia V3V2G8 Canada, and will move to a joint-determined location soon thereafter.

. The Board of Directors may at any time, or from time to time, change the location of the Principal Office of the Church.

BY-LAW II

MEMBERSHIP

SECTION 1: QUALIFICATIONS AND RECEPTION TO MEMBERSHIP

The membership of the Church shall be open to any believing, confessing and practicing Christ-Follower who acknowledges and accepts Jesus the Christ as Lord and Saviour, who willingly subscribe to the policy of the Church, adopts no Trinitarian, Binitarian, Atheist or Ditheist Doctrine, and desires to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of love and peace. Persons desiring membership shall apply by contacting the Elders, or Church Board, and receiving conformation of membership.

SECTION 2: MEMBERSHIP ROLLS

A list of active members shall be maintained by the secretary of the Church Board. This list may be reviewed and updated at anytime by the Church Board and / or Church Council.

SECTION 3: VOTING MEMBERSHIP

The minimum voting age for members shall be thirteen years, except in the case of the election of the Church Board and Board of Trustees, in which case the minimum voting age shall be legal voting age. Voting shall be by (show of hands or by) ballot. Proxy voting is not permitted.

SECTION 4: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The first Annual General Meeting of the members of the (Seventh Day) Nazarene Churches of God of British Columbia shall be held not more that fifteen months after the date of the incorporation. After the 1^st Annual General Meeting of the Society shall be held at least once in every calendar year and nor more than fifteen months after the adjournment of the previous Annual General Meeting.

SECTION 5: SPECIAL MEETINGS

Special congregational meetings may be called upon authorization of the Church Council or Church Board, provided public announcement of this meeting is made at the worship services on two Saturdays proceeding such annual congregational meetings or provided the call is issued by mail to all members on record, at least 14 days before the day of the meeting: reasons for said meeting are announced therein.

SECTION 6: QUORUM

Five (5) or twenty five (25) percent of the membership, which ever is the greater, present at any special congregational meeting shall constitute a quorum for the transactional of business

SECTION 7: CESSATION OF MEMBERSHIP

1. Membership of voting and non-voting members shall be terminated in this congregation under the following conditions:

a) By transferring to another congregation.

b) By personal request.

c) When the intentions of those who desire to destroy or retard the precious essentials of inward life by the Word of God are evident, the Board of Trustees is responsible to conscientiously and solemnly deal with the member, first as set forth in Matthew 18:15-17, followed by Galatians 6:1.

d) When some member of the congregation starts legal action in any civil court against the congregation, or any member thereof, pertaining to any congregational matter, be it real or personal property or any office which belongs as collective property under the administration of the congregation.

e) By death

2. No member is to be unjustly disfellowshipped, that is, removed from membership of the church (as opposed to being simply admitted to non-voting fellowship with the church) other than on Biblical grounds (Matthew 18:15-17 and Galatians 6:1), which are to be provided to them in writing.

a) Such notice must be not less than three weeks before the appointed meeting and the member has the opportunity to appear before the congregation as per Matthew 18:15-17, which he/she may waive. Where a member is accused of fomenting strife or division or disloyalty to the Church it must be proved that the member is actually attempting to divide the Church and is not merely disagreeing with the interpretation of a Biblical text (other than the law and this Constitution).

b) Each member is required to abide by the constitution which includes the By-Laws of this Church Association’s Consitution.

c) Dismissal from a position on non-doctrinal grounds does not entitle a person to redress under this section. The (Seventh Day) Nazarene Churches of God reserves the right to terminate employment on need within the contractual obligation imposed upon each party as part of the work place and probationary agreements. Where impropriety is involved, redress is available within the laws of the nation involved.

SECTION 8: GOOD STANDING

All members are in good standing except a member who, has been expelled pursuant to these herein By-Laws, or has not been in good standing for twelve (12) consecutive months, or for what in the judgment of members is conduct unbecoming of a Christ-Follower, or for indifference to reasonable attendance at meetings, or for refusal to be subject to the fellow members in matters pertaining to the Work of the Society.

BY-LAW III

GOVERNMENT

SECTION 1: THE HEADSHIP OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST

The government of the Church shall be focused on seeking and maintaining a Lordship of Jesus Christ over His Body. All those in authority and leadership shall continually seek His mind and will, through the Holy Ghost and the Word of God, in all actions and decisions. Through speaking the truth in love, each person in the Body is to grow up in all aspects unto Christ, who is the Head.

Christ fits and holds together the whole Body, by that which every supplies and according to the proper working of each individual part, and causes the growth of the Body for the building up of itself in love.

SECTION 2: THE OVERSEEING OF THE BODY OF CHRIST BY MINISTERS

1. The Society through the Elders or their nominee either locally, regionally or nationally have the power to Ordain the Ministry of the Church either Evangelists, Teachers, Pastors, or Deacons, and other Elders.

2. The Elders shall determine who are approved Ministers within the jurisdiction thereof, grant suitable credentials, licenses and certificates to such Ministers and other persons whom it shall consider suitable to serve in the cause of this Society for the Lord Jesus Christ, and approve for Ordination such men or women as shall have given proof of their Call to the Ministry, and have been recommended by the Board of Trustees.

3. No Re-Ordination of Pastors and Elders from subdivisions of the (Seventh Day) Nazarene Churches of God is necessary.

4. The removal of credentials of an individual or church or conference is subject to the rules of natural justice. Any revocation must be made pursuant to the notification of the charge in writing. The system of redress is laid out in By-Law II SECTION 7.

5. The Ministry is to consist, in the following order, of those termed Elders, Pastors, Evangelists, Teachers, and Deacons, or Deaconesses.

6. Elders are the Ministry Heads of the Church who may Ordain other Ministry in accordance with Church Policy.

7. Pastors are the Ministry of the Church who are Ordained to perform the Sacraments and hold their Ordination being credentialed by the Church.

8. Evangelists and Teachers may be Ordained as auxiliary Bishops and conferred with the power of Ordination for Missionary purposes (Heads of Missions) by the Board of Trustees at the discretion of the Head Elder. Evangelists and Teachers can perform the Sacraments of the Church such as Church Baptism.

9. The Head Ordained Ministers in each of the Churches should be Elders. Where more than one Elder is present there shall be an Overseer appointed. The Church Headquarters in British Columbia will agree to the Main Overseer of the (Seventh Day) Nazarene Churches of God as being the Head Elder of the “Mother Church”, which is the (Seventh Day) Churches of God of British Columbia. The council of Elders in each Church shall not exceed seven. Elders are not to be appointed merely because vacancies exist. All Ministers hold their licenses to preach in all nations.

10. Deacons, or Deaconesses are Ordained for one of two functions. Deacons, or Deaconesses may undertake welfare functions of the Church to allow the other Ministers (especially the Elders) to concentrate on matters more appropriate, or they may be Ordained to trial their suitability for the Ordination of Elder, Evangelist, Teacher or Pastor. Deacons and Deaconesses may not ordain in their own right.

11. Deacons or Deaconesses are to be appointed in each of the churches. A Diaconate is not to exceed seven in each church.

12. Heads of Missions to other nations or regions may be on appointments from (6) to (9) above.

13. The Elders shall lay hands on Ministry Office holders. Elders, in agreement with the Word of God and in the Spirit, may Ordain at any time for any particular purpose of the Ministry.

14. All Ministers model the Lord Jesus the Christ in overseeing the Body of Christ and minister in the name of the Lord Jesus the Christ through the Word of God and in the Spirit.

15. All Ordained Ministers are appointed by the Lord Jesus Christ in co-operation with the membership of (Seventh Day) Nazarene Churches of God of British Columbia. All Ordained Ministers assist in encouraging and equipping the believers of the Body for the Work of the Ministry and the building up of the Body of Jesus the Christ until each person attains the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature person, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ. All Ordained Ministers through the Word of God and in the Spirit oversee the Ministry of these believers in the worshipping, fellowshipping, teaching, shepherding and evangelizing through the Church Body with the assistance of an appointed or elected Church Council at the request of the Elders through the Word of God and in the Spirit: to oversee the Ministry of these believers in the business, property and financial administration through the Church Body with assistance of an appointed or an elected Church Board.

SECTION 3: MINISTRY

The Ministry of the Lord Jesus the Christ is given in Him to all the Body of Christ. The Body of Jesus the Christ proclaims His True Gospel of the True “Kingdom of God”, loving every person, encouraging and disciplining every person with all wisdom so every person may be presented complete in Jesus the Christ. Each person in the Body labours in the love of “GOD” the “FATHER” and strives through the power of the Holy Ghost for Christ’s Charismatic energy to be released in every person.

A. EVERY MEMBER A MINISTER

“GOD” calls each person to maturity and Ministry in love relationships: first, with the Lord and Saviour Jesus the Christ; secondly, with the Body (Family) of the Lord and Saviour Jesus the Christ; and thirdly, with the world through the Word of God and in the Spirit with witness and testimony of Jesus the Christ.

B. THE CHURCH COUNCIL

The Church Council shall consist, at the request of the Pastors and Elders, of the members necessary to fulfill the Ministry of Jesus the Christ in the worshipping, teaching, shepherding and evangelizing through the Church Body.

C. THE CHURCH BOARD

The Church Board shall consist, at the request of the Pastors and Elders, of not less than four (4) or more than five (5) members to fulfill the Ministry of Jesus the Christ in the administration of business, property of finances of the Church Body. A Board member must not be paid for serving on the Board but must be reimbursed for all expenses necessary and reasonably incurred while engaged in the affairs of the Board.

1. PRESIDENT OF THE CHURCH BOARD

The President of the Church Board shall supervise all activities of the Society; accept all instruments in its behalf, preside at all meetings of the Board and of the members of the Society; call such meetings of the membership as shall be deemed necessary, other than the Annual General Meeting of the membership; and perform such duties usually inherent in such an office.

2. VICE PRESIDENT OF THE CHURCH BOARD

The Vice President of the Board shall act for the President in his absence and perform acts as the President may direct.

3. SECRETARY OF THE CHURCH BOARD

It shall be the duty of the Secretary of the Board to keep all records, including minutes of the Board and of the Society and to perform such other acts as the President may direct.

4. TREASURER OF THE CHURCH BOARD

The Treasurer shall be accountable for all funds belonging to the Society; pay all obligations incurred by the Society when payment is authorized by the President and / or Vice President; maintain bank accounts in depositories designed by the Board and render periodic financial reports.

5. RECORDS OF THE CHURCH BOARD

The Secretary shall keep an accurate custody of the record.

6. VACANCIES

If any member of the Board of Trustees moves away, resigns, or by some other reason cannot fulfill his or her term such as by illness, death or other causes, the Board of Trustees shall choose a qualified person to replace him or her, to fulfill the unexpired term.

7. REMOVAL OF BOARD MEMBERSHIP

By special resolution the members can remove and replace a member of the Board if there is cause to do so.

8. BODY MINISTRY

The Ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ is fulfilled as each member of the Body, through the Word of God and the Presence of the Holy Ghost, Ministers and serves in the role model and through the spiritual gifts and spiritual fruit of the Lord Jesus Christ. Each member of the Body grows into a lifestyle modeling the Lord Jesus Christ; this Christ-like lifestyle reflects three love relationships as follows.

1. THE HIGHEST PRIORITY OF LIFE: GOD

Practicing His Presence…daily quiet times…occasional larger periods of time alone with Him…regular public worship…loving GOD through financial giving.

2. THE SECOND HIGHEST PRIORITY OF LIFE: OUR FELLOW BELIEVERS

Disciplining and strengthening each other through small groups (Praise, Bible Study, Sharing, Prayer, Accountability)…loving each other through giving.

3. THE THIRD HIGHEST PRIORITY OF LIFE: OUR WORK AND OUR WITNESS IN THE WORLD

Excellence of life as a good representative of Christ in the world…our service as a Christ-Follower…our evangelism…loving the world through giving and sharing.

BY-LAW IV

AUXILIARIES

Any organization, group or club whose membership is primarily for a Church activity and schools shall be considered as an auxiliary of the Church and shall be subject to the Constitution and By-Laws of the Church. As an auxiliary organization, it shall exist only in co-operation with the Pastors and Elders and the Church Council or Church Board.

AMENDMENT OF BY LAWS

The By-Laws of this Constitution may be amended or repealed and By-Laws adopted by a Special Resolution passed by the vote of 75% of the members present at the Annual General Meeting or at a special meeting called for that reason.

MISCELLANEOUS

SECTION 1: CHURCH SEAL

The Church Seal shall provide a suitable seal for the Church, which shall be circular in form and will contain the following inscription:

SECTION 2: EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS

The Church Board may authorize by majority vote any officer or officers, agent or agents to enter into any contract or execute any instrument in the name of and on behalf of the Church; such authority may be general or confined to specific instances. Unless so authorized, no officer, agent or other person shall have any power or authority to bind the Church by any contract or engagement, to pledge its credit, or to render it liable for any purpose or any amount.

BY- LAW VII

CORPORATE POWERS

1. To solicit, collect, receive, acquire, hold and invest money in the property, both real and personal, including money and property received by gift, contribution, bequest, or devise; to sell and convert property, both real and personal, into cash; and to use the funds of this Society and the proceeds, income, rents, issues and profits derived from any property of this Society for any of the purposes for which this Society is formed.

2. To purpose, acquire, own, hold, sell, assign, transfer, dispose of, mortgage pledge, hypothocate, or encumber and to deal in shares, bonds, notes, debentures, or other accruities / securities or evidence of indebtedness of any persons, firm, corporation or association and while the owner or holder of them, to exercise all rights, powers and privileges of ownership.

3. a) To purchase, and acquire, own, hold, use, lease (either as lessor or lessee), sell, exchange, assign, convey, dispose of mortgage, hypothocate or encumber real and personal property.

b) To borrow money, incur indebtedness and secure the repayment of made by the mortgage, pledge, deed of trust or other hypothocating of property, both real and personal.

4. To enter into, make, perform and carry out contracts of every kind for any lawful purpose without limit or amount, with any person, firm, association or corporation, municipality, province, territory, government or other local government subdivision.

5. To act as trustee under any trust incidental to the principal objects of the corporation and receive, hold, administer and expand funds and property subject to such trust.

6. To do all things necessary, expedient, or appropriate to the accomplishment of any any of the objects and purposes for which this Society is formed.

7. Notwithstanding any of the above statements of purposed and powers, this Society shall not, except to an insubstantial degree, engage in any of the activities or exercise any powers that are not in furtherance of the primary purpose of this Society.

8. No substantial part of the activities of this Society shall consist of carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation and the Society shall not participate or intervene in any political campaign (including the publishing and distribution of political statement) on behalf of any candidate for any one of the public offices.

9. No debenture can be issued without authorization of a Special Resolution.
